- Upon placement of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation to your email address. This also confirms that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation, please verify that you have completed the payment process.
- Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an automated email that includes the tracking information.
- We shall deliver the products to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you on the "Shipping Address" section of the order form. Delivery is not available to addresses with P.O Boxes. Your order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company appointed by Potions.
- * We aim to deliver within the time frame indicated below but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order. Shipping time frames will vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors out of our control. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
- Potions will not be held responsible for shipping delays, damage, loss or packages that are marked as "Delivered" but not received by the customer. A claim can be filed for the item, however, if the claim is not approved by our shipping partner, products will not be replaced.
- Packages that are returned to us due to complications from the recipient (eg. unclaimed, wrong address, undeliverable), will either
(1) be resent if requested by the customer. All Shipping costs will be borne by the customer for a 2nd attempt; or
(2) result in a refund to the customer for all products that is not delivered. The refund does not include shipping costs or taxes as, shipping labels would already have been purchased and used in these circumstances.

ESTIMATED TIMELINE WHEN AN ORDER IS PLACED
(1) Order is Placed & Paid
(2) Customer Receives Automated Order Confirmation Email
(3) Order will be picked, packed and processed for shipment between 1 to 3 business days from date of order confirmation
(4) Order is picked up for shipment by selected courier company
(5) Customer Receives an automated email that includes the tracking information
(6) Delivery will be between *1 to 3 business days from the date the order is picked up for shipment

DOMESTIC DELIVERY (MALAYSIA)
- Orders over RM200 (West Malaysia)/RM250(East Malaysia) qualify for FREE shipping. Please note that if discounts, coupons or other offers reduce the value of the order to below RM200(WM)/RM250(EM), free shipping does not apply.
- Orders Under RM200 (WM)/ RM250 (EM) are charged at a flat rate of RM10(WM)/RM15(EM) regardless of weight and quantity of items purchased.
- We pick & pack orders and aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email for you to stay updated on when your parcel will be delivered.
- Orders are packed and shipped on business days only (Mondays - Fridays, excluding public holidays)
- Monday - Friday: Orders will be processed for shipping within 1 to 3 business days
- Saturday - Sunday: Closed, all orders will be processed for shipping within 1 to 3 days of next business day.
- Public holidays: Closed, all orders will be processed for shipping within 1 to 3 days of next business day.
- Orders are fulfilled through various shipping carriers with an estimated shipment time of 1 to 3 business days from the date parcels are picked up from Potions.
- 1. Same day delivery is currently only available in Klang Valley within a 20KM radius from Petaling Jaya. Please contact us for Same Day Deliveries at 019-3807845
For same day delivery, there will be a delivery charge between RM10 to RM35 (depending on the location of the recipient). We shall inform you of the charges upon confirmation of your order.
2. Same Day Delivery only applies on business days (Mondays - Fridays), excluding public holidays. If same day delivery is required on weekends and public holidays, please contact us at 019-3807845 for availability.
3.All same day delivery orders must be placed before 5pm on the same day you would like to receive your order. We aim to ship within 2 hours of you placing the order by using Grab Express Service. However, there may be unexpected service delays (such as bad weather, high volume, unavailability of riders etc)
4.For orders placed after 3PM, we will make arrangements for it to be delivered the next day.
5.If we are unable to arrange for a same day delivery due to certain circumstances (e.g distance exceeding 20 KM, unavailability of riders, weather conditions etc) or if we are expecting delays, the customer will be notified immediately via WhatsApp messages or a call.
6. Please note that for orders that experience a slight delay, we shall attempt to arrange for delivery at a later time within the same day, OR the next day.
7.Please provide the correct address where someone will be present to receive the package.
8. An SMS notification will be sent to you when your order is with the driver. You may track and deal with the rider directly on the delivery and pick-up.
9. Potions will not be held responsible for shipping delays, damage or loss.

- Orders over RM500 qualify for FREE shipping. Please note that if discounts, coupons or other offers reduce the value of the order to below RM500, free shipping does not apply.
- Orders under RM500 are charged based on the weight of the parcel at the following rates:-
0 to 1kg = RM25
1 to 2kgs = RM30
2 to 3kgs = RM40

- Import duties, taxes and VAT is not included. This is the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery based on each country's custom tax threshold.

- Shipping charges are based upon the value, weight, volume and destination of your order. Once your order is in the shopping cart you can select your destination country to see the shipping options available.
- Please contact us via Whatsap 0193807845 if you do not see your destination country upon checking out. We will try our very best to assist you on shipment.
- International shipping is not included in out Free Shipping Offer.
- Orders shipped outside of Malaysia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees. If the customer refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund plus a 5% restocking fee.
- Potions is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products.

- All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier. International shipments are subject to customs procedures leaving Malaysia and arriving in the destination country which may cause further delays. While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics, especially with international shipping.
- If you have received a damaged item, or an item that you did not order, please take a photo, and contact us immediately with your order number. We will try our very best to resolve any issues.

CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it is not possible to cancel
EXCHANGES
Exchanges cannot be made for products that have been opened or used. If you are exchanging a product due to an error, such as an incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost. To arrange this, please contact us at potionsmy@gmail.com with your date of product delivery, order number, and product.
