Return & Shipping Policy

At Potions, all our products are crafted in small batches using premium, high-performance ingredients and a labor-intensive, from-scratch production process. As such, we do not accept returns of opened or unopened products at this time.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you believe your product is defective, you may return it to us for inspection. Please include a note or email to potionsmy@gmail.com explaining the issue.

We accept exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged—such as a container broken during shipping or receiving the wrong item. Each case will be reviewed individually.

To request an exchange:

Contact us via email (potionsmy@gmail.com), Instagram, Facebook, or our website within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide your:

1. Order number

2. Clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective item(s)


Shipping & Delays

Orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days. However, delays may occur if:

Your order was placed during a public holiday

There are postal service disruptions

Unforeseen circumstances affect delivery (e.g., weather, system outages)

Once your order is handed over to the courier, Potions is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels. While we will assist with tracking and follow-ups, shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds for delivery delays beyond our control.

* Do note that the cases mentioned above will be investigated with the courier and packaging team, if found to be fraudulent or misleading claims, there will be no refunds or exchanges.
