Before toweling off and while your skin is still damp, drop oil over your entire body. Massage into skin until it is absorbed. A little goes a long way and works wonders to replenish dry skin.

Abhyanga Self-Massage (Pre-Shower)
1.Apply the oil to your whole body, including the top of your head. Massage the oil into your scalp, moving in circular motions.
2.Continue to your forehead, ears, cheeks, and jaws.
3.Massage your chest and abdomen, moving in clockwise and circular strokes. On your trunk, massage inward along your ribs.
4.Continue to your back and butt. Massage in straight, long motions on your arms and legs. Move in circular motions on your joints.
5.Massage your feet, including your toes and soles.
6.Relax for 10 minutes to let your skin absorb the oil.
7.Have a shower. Use a gentle cleanser to remove the oil.

DAILY RITUAL
STEP 1
CLEANSE & NOURISH
with VEDA GLOW FACE CLEANSING POWDER
Mix 1-2 teaspoons with desired liquid to make a paste
Suggestions:-
Normal Skin - Water
Oily/Combination Skin - Water + Drops of Lemon Juice (optional)
Dry Skin - Milk or Yoghurt
- Gently massage the paste to moist skin
- Lightly massage in circular motion for 20-30 seconds
- Rinse clean
- Pat dry.
STEP 2
TONE & HYDRATE
with SAFFRON & SATIN MIST TONER
Apply 3-5 pumps to the face after cleansing, over makeup as a setting spray, or anytime your complexion needs a pick-me-up.
Preps your face to better absorb the ingredients that are in your serum or facial creams/moisturisers. Hydrate, balance, shrink pores and tighten skin.
STEP 3
REGENERATE & MOISTURISE
with MISTRESS OF SPICE RADICAL RADIANCE FACE SERUM
Rub 2-3 drops between fingertips and press oil onto cheeks, forehead and chin (when your face is still damp from the toner, the serum will sink in fast and seal in the moisture). Massage in light upward strokes.
This serum is packed with deeply nourishing and moisturizing plant oils & full of antioxidants that helps prevent water loss, protects against free radical damage while plumping & firming skin for a glowy look.
EYE TREATMENT
with Mystic Eye Serum
Gently roll onto the under-eye area and over the brow bone, when your skin is still moist after cleansing. Lightly, gently pat eye area with finger tips to distribute serum only under the eye, and over the brow bone. Leave for a few minutes to let sink in. People with very dry skin will notice that it absorbs momentarily. Body heat will allow the oil to further distribute over the eye area overnight.
Can be used day & night. Highly recommended to use this eye serum at night, while the skin optimally repairs itself.
WEEKLY RITUAL
EXFOLIATE
with Sun Kissed Gold Brightening Face Scrub
Wet face, massage a small amount onto face gently until the sugar dissolves. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse well and pat dry.
Exfoliate to remove built up layers of dead skin and clogged pores to make way for nourishing oils, creams and moisturisers to penetrate into your skin.

MASKING
When do you need a facial mask?
When your skin is starting to look dull, excessively oily, clogged up with excessive dirt and oil.
Masking helps all of your other skin care products work more efficiently. If you want your moisturisers and serums to be absorbed by your skin quicker and deeper, then a face mask is a must. By masking on a regular basis, you can ensure that your toning, hydrating and protecting products will all perform better, providing you with the results you’re looking to achieve at a much faster pace.

Use as a face mask as needed. To use as a mask, add yoghurt, honey, drops of lemon juice or rosewater to make a paste and leave on till it is almost dry. Once it becomes a sticky texture, gently wash off in a circular motion.

(2) Moonstruck, French Pink Clay Detoxifying Mask
Scoop or pinch a teaspoon into the palm of your hand or a bowl. Add a few drops of water & emulsify with your fingertips or brush. Smooth liberally onto clean damp skin.
